Short version: we're a free service that connects you with up to three licensed local hot water installers. We don't do the actual work — the installer you choose does. We don't guarantee their pricing, timing, or workmanship; their contract is with you.
hotwaterreplacement.com.au is a lead referral service. We accept quote requests from Australian residents and forward them to licensed installers operating in the relevant postcode. We are not a plumbing or installation business.
Submitting a quote request through this site is and always will be free for the homeowner. There is no charge for the introduction, the quotes, or the right to decline any or all of them.
Any price quoted, agreement reached, work performed, warranty issued, or dispute arising is a matter between you and the installer you engage. We are not party to that contract and do not guarantee or warrant the installer's services, pricing, timing, or workmanship.
Installers in our network are required to hold current state plumbing and/or electrical licences, public liability insurance, and to provide written workmanship warranties. While we conduct reasonable checks, we cannot guarantee an installer's ongoing performance or business operations — please verify licensing on the relevant state registry before any work begins.

Rebate amounts depend on eligibility criteria assessed by the installer at the time of quoting.
