Short version: when you submit our quote form, your details go to up to three licensed local installers for the purpose of quoting your job. We don't sell, swap, or rent your details to anyone else. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time via the contact form.

We do not collect information you haven't actively given us via the form. We do not buy lists, scrape data, or pull information from other sources.
The sole purpose of collecting this information is to forward your quote request to up to three licensed installers operating in your postcode area, so they can contact you with a price.
Your details are shared only with the matched installers — typically two or three operators in your postcode. We share only the information necessary for them to quote (your name, contact details, system type, urgency, and any optional notes).

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (which pages get viewed, where visitors come from, on what devices). Google Analytics may set cookies. The data is anonymous and not linked to your personal contact details from the quote form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by clearing cookies for this site.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or tracking you across other websites.
Quote request data is retained for 24 months from the date you submit, then automatically deleted. This allows installers to follow up on quotes that don't close immediately and allows us to investigate any service complaints.
You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Form submissions are stored on Netlify (our hosting provider). Netlify operates SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure with data encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store your data on personal devices, USB sticks, or unsecured spreadsheets.
Forwarded leads are sent to installers via email and through a secure forms dashboard. Installers are contractually required to handle your data lawfully and only contact you about the quote.
